ABOUT ME
Katlyn Pollock
Hello, my name is Katlyn Pollock! I am a full-time missionary through Encouragement Incorporated to Webuye, Kenya! After graduating from Clarks Summit University in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree focused on Elementary Education and Missions, I have been teaching Preschool, Kindergarten, and First grade at Grace Academy in Chattanooga, Tennessee. In 2019, I earned a Master’s Degree of Education in Teaching and Learning from Capella University.
In 2012, I had my first experience in Webuye, Kenya. From that moment on, I felt God calling me to help care for the orphans in this ministry. I have had numerous opportunities to visit and build a relationship with each of these children.
Hebrews 12:2- Fixing our eyes on Jesus, the pioneer and perfecter of faith. For the joy set before him he endured the cross, scorning its shame, and sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
Matthew 28:19-20- Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.
This is my family. They are extremely supportive and all a part of my team. I love them dearly and so thankful that God has blessed me with every single one of them.
